    Will I get an inventory when I move in?

    Yes. You’ll receive a detailed inventory through the Property portal showing the contents and condition of your room. You should check it carefully and report any issues or discrepancies within the first 7 days.

    What if something in my room is damaged or missing when I move in?

    You should report the issue through the online portal or directly to the property team. Property will assess the issue and arrange repairs or replacements where required.

    Can I bring a bike?

    Yes. Most properties offer secure indoor or covered bike storage. You should bring your own lock, and bikes are stored at the owner's risk.

    Can I bring a car?

    Most Property locations are car-free due to planning requirements. Some locations offer limited parking for an additional cost. Availability should be confirmed with the property team before arrival.

    Can I bring my pet?
