A £250 holding deposit is required. The booking is confirmed once the deposit payment has been completed. The deposit is protected through the MyDeposits tenancy deposit scheme. The deposit is not applied to the first rent instalment. The deposit is refundable at the end of the tenancy, subject to the property's deposit return conditions.
Bank transfer and online payment
A UK-based guarantor is required where applicable. The guarantor must: Be at least 18 years old. Be financially stable. Agree to take responsibility for rent payments if the student is unable to pay. Provide proof of identity and income. Students without a UK-based guarantor may use Leap Guarantor. Students may also use Housing Hand as a guarantor service. Housing Hand is available to both UK and international students. Housing Hand charges additional fees.
Dual Occupancy: £25 per week, dual occupancy is available on a selection of studio rooms over 23sqm. Note: Both tenants must be full-time students.
